Reeman Living is a designer residential community by Aldar Properties located in the quiet residential area of Al Shamkha in Abu Dhabi. The construction of the project will start in Q3 2023. This is the developer’s second project in its new ‘Living’ urban collection, offering property buyers inclusive communities in prime areas of the UAE capital.

The new community will comprise 1,050 residential units. The first phase of the project offers a choice of 630 residences to buyers and investors from across the globe, within 5 low-rise buildings. The properties on offer include studios and 1–3 bedroom apartments from 280 sq. ft to 1,076 sq. ft. The 2-3 bedroom layouts will come with either 1 or 2 balconies.

There are two types of residence interiors to choose from: either in a light or dark colour palette. Personalized designs and thoughtful storage spaces are also available for potential residents.
